GraniteBids.com relies on information provided by third parties, including granite contractors to describe the attributes of participating granite contractors but does not guarantee the suitability of any contractor. Past performance may not be an indication of a contractor’s ability to provide the service you seek. It is completely your responsibility to judge the skills of any contractor before entering into a Builders Contract. 4. You agree that your relationship with GraniteBids.com is separate and distinct from any relationship entered into with any granite contractor. A builder’s contract for a granite work is a legal document and represents a sizeable investment. It is advisable to seek a legal opinion prior to signing such an agreement. Your rights under a builder’s contract are determined by state and local laws and any disputes that arise must be directed to your builder. You hereby release and hold harmless GraniteBids.com and it’s owners, affiliates, partners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims for damages or expenses of any kind, knows or unknown, connected in any way to the use or considered use of services or products described by GraniteBids.com. You also agree to indemnify GraniteBids.com et al, from any claims from third parties for any damages, including reasonable attorneys fees, connected with your use of our services. In the event of any dispute with GraniteBids.com, or any participating information provider, you agree that your sole remedy is the discontinuation of the use of the GraniteBids.com site and services. You further agree that any claim presented in a court of law shall be filed in a court within 30 miles of the city limits of Phoenix, Arizona, and shall be governed by the statutes of the State of Arizona. The prevailing party in any suit may recover reasonable attorneys fees without claim or counterclaim. 5. If you use the tools provided by GraniteBids.com, you may elect to provide contact information such as email address and/ or phone numbers. You agree that we may use this information to contact you and that we may provide this information to participating service providers. At any time, you may cancel our right to use or relay your contact information by emailing your request to info@granitebids.com with the words “Opt-Out” in the subject line. We will take reasonable steps to delete your information from our database. Any use of links on our website to other websites is at your own risk. We do not control or monitor the content of these sites and we make no representations as to their suitability. The use of GraniteBids.con is restricted to individual persons engaged in the search for a granite contractor for their personal residence. You agree that that the information provided by GraniteBids.com shall not be used for any commercial purpose. 6. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and GraniteBids.com. They may not be modified, waived, or added to except in writing by an officer of GraniteBids.com To the extent allowed by law, GraniteBids.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Should any provision of these terms and conditions be deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms and conditions shall continue to be valid. GraniteBids.com failure to exercise any rights provided by this agreement shall not constitute waiver of those rights.
